Curated Connections

Beyond luncheons, members can engage with Curated Connections—a new series of unique events that blend networking, learning, and fun. Showcasing Birmingham’s vibrant culture, these experiences offer exclusive access to premier venues while fostering personal and professional growth.

Examples of these events include:

  • James Beard Award Winning Restaurant Progressive Dinner - This exclusive event included appetizers, dinner, and dessert at three of Birmingham’s top restaurants, each paired with remarks from their acclaimed chefs. We started at Automatic Seafood with Chef Evans, dined at Helen with Chef McDaniel, and finished with dessert at Hot and Hot Fish Club with Chef Hastings.

  • Rotary Roundtable - This event fostered connection between Rotary and Rotaract members through a relaxed, small-group dinner, creating space for authentic conversation and collaboration between emerging and established community leaders.

Board Meetings

The Board Meetings occur the Monday after the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month. and are open to members or guests who want to see how the club is led and organized. These meetings are where the club’s leadership team discusses upcoming events, community service projects, club goals, and other key decisions that guide Rotaract's impact and direction. Attending is a great way to learn more about how the board functions, get involved behind the scenes, and explore leadership opportunities within the club.

*Note: If you RSVP for a Board Meeting, please note that the location may change on short notice. In such cases, Elena Cassinelli, Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer, will contact you directly with updated details. We also recommend checking the website 30 minutes before the meeting start time to confirm the correct location.
