About the Event
Listening Labs are the next stage in the strategic planning process. These are focus group type conversations centered around themes you all decided on. These aren't complaining sessions but a space to brainstorm solutions. From how we do luncheons and dues, to club culture and leadership, this is your chance to provide feedback that will directly guide our next 3-yr strategic plan. I always said this was a chance for us to make a plan for the club by the club. Now let's use these blue sky thinking opportunities to rethink Rotaract, together.
